Out of Stock Items: Please note, at times items may be out of stock. Callie's Palace will make every attempt to contact you in the event of out of stock inventory.

Returns and Exchanges: Callie's Palace prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for on-line credit.  An on-line credit will only be issued if merchandise is returned in it’s original condition, unworn, with tags attached. 

Web Credits: Upon receipt of returned goods (as per the policies above) the customer will be issued a webcredit that can be used to purchase alternative products on calliespalace.com.au. To use your web credit you must email Callie's Palace at info@calliespalace.com.au
